Where it started

Cooking high-protein meals should be simple

The Protein Home began with a simple frustration: most high-protein recipes felt complicated, time-consuming, or unappealing. I wanted meals that were practical, tasty, and realistic for a busy week in a normal home kitchen. Every day I share a short 8-second reel and a full recipe page with the amounts, timing, and steps you need. The reel is the quick look; the recipe has the details.

Every recipe is tested in a realistic home kitchen before it goes up, so you can trust the timing and the method. Nutrition values are estimates, so use them as a practical guide.

How each reel comes together

Three steps, every day

01

Test the flavors

Each meal is cooked and tasted in a home kitchen first. If the seasoning or texture is off, it doesn't make it to the reel.

02

Time the 8-second reel

The video shows the real steps in order, with nothing unnecessary. You see the key moves, then the finished plate.

03

Draft the recipe card

Full ingredients, numbered instructions, prep and cook time, and protein per serving go onto a clear recipe page you can print.
